Factual Reports are produced in CAD and PDF format from the data retrieved from site and would normally consist of:

• A site plan showing location of trial pits and/or boreholes and all other relevant information such as trees, buildings and visible services i.e. drainage.


• Trial pit and borehole logs incorporate information of foundation
dimension and construction etc, soil strata, in-situ test results with
root and water information.


Also contained within the report are any test results which may have been undertaken i.e. chemical or soil testing.

Geotechnical reports are produced using an experienced qualified Geotechnical Consulting Engineer, who ensures reports are compiled with a high volume of technical data and recommendations for i.e. slope stability or foundation design etc.

All reports are thoroughly checked by our geotechnical team before final issue.


Desk studies are produced by a qualified, experienced Environmental Consultant and includes a site walkover, report of the site's history and potential contamination sources pathways and receptors.


C.C.T.V Drainage surveys can be carried out on request if required.

Root Identifications can be arranged on request and are carried out by an experienced qualified Botanical Identification specialist.
